A finalist in the category of 2023 Best Italian Monovarietal category, this ancient varietal from Umbria in central Italy is strong yet balanced, fruity and spicy with very green notes of artichoke, green almond,  herbs and chicory.  Organic, harvested entirely by hand and milled in Olio Decimi's own mill. Medium-high bitterness and medium-high pungency.
