Our journey to Premium EVOO
Our business began after spending a year living in Italy, working on a small olive farm and tasting fresh, perfectly made extra virgin olive oil. The world shifted, and we could no longer go back to the olive oil available in stores. Our founder Jenny wanted to bring this same high-quality EVOO to the U.S. She began by learning everything she could about how EVOO was made and became an olive oil sommelier and then a master taster. We also work with a professional tasting panel and olive oil expert in Italy and maintain optimal shipping and storage conditions to guarantee the quality of all of our extra virgin olive oils from tree to table.
