Marsicani’s Alter Ego this year is again the lovely Itrana varietal. Very fruity and somewhat spicy with notes of green tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, herbs, lettuce and even a hint of chile pepper. We love it on a ripe tomato salad and paired with seafood. Medium bitterness and high pungency. Another best-selling EVOO.
