Exquisite blend of Coratina and Itrana varietals from Campania, Italy.  Herbaceous and fruity EVOO with a pleasant hint of fresh-cut grass, nuances of tomato leaf, herbs, and green almond with a touch of sweetness. The 2022 harvest is a bit less spicy than the 2021 harvest but every bit as delicious. Medium bitterness and medium pungency.
