Single-varietal Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil from Spain. Fruity with notes of green tomato leaf, green apple, fresh-cut grass, citrus fruits, green banana and flowers. Complex, spicy and harmonious. Medium bitterness and medium-high pungency.
