A blend of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, aged 35 years in oak, cherry, mulberry, acacia and chestnut wood barrels. This is the producer’s most complex IGP balsamic vinegar. Velvety texture, fruity sweet taste and a full softness on the palate.
Due to the high cost of shipping, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are charged at cost.
