Balanced, complex and very fruity with notes of green tomato leaf, thyme, pepper and herbs. One of our very favorite EVOOs for use on all types of dishes. Medium bitterness and medium-high pungency.
Milled in the producer's state-of-the-art mill within a couple of hours of harvesting.
