An outstanding single varietal Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil from Umbria, Italy. Notes of green almond and sweet almond, artichoke and herbs and hints of vanilla and hazelnut. Medium-low bitterness and pungency but with nice olive fruit on the tongue.
