This blend is by our own Maria Paola Gabusi -- professional tasting panel leader and head of the Leone d'Oro International EVOO competition in Lake Garda, Italy. A blend of two very green cultivars -- Casaliva and Frantoio -- this EVOO is very fruity and spicy with medium bitterness. Notes of green almond, artichoke, sweet almond and herbs.
