Olioveto brings exclusive, extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars straight from small family farmers around the world direct to our customers. What all of our farmers have in common is their respect for the land and commitment to producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, often from ancient cultivars and single varietals.
Olioveto is extremely proud to work with Maria Paola Gabusi, director of the prestigious Leone d’Oro competition in Lake Garda, Italy, and a professional olive oil tasting panel leader, to find the very best olive oils from around the world. Our oils were chosen based on their quality, freshness, intensity and the variety of flavor profiles they offer. And our small-batch balsamic vinegars are aged for 10+ and 25+ years.
We have something for everyone from our mildest oil – Rasara; a smooth and medium intensity Intosso, or Gran Reserva Blend; to more robust offerings with our Crognalegno and Blend Bio. Our highest intensity EVOOs, which are also the highest in healthy polyphenols are from Tuscany – Olivo Bianco – and from Umbria – our I Frati Moraiolo.
