From 2000 trees in the sand and clay Tufo near Siena, Italy, our friends at Pacina have created a lovely EVOO blend from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo olives. The oil is deep yellow with green nuances. It has intense and fresh perfume with a fresh vegetable, mild flavor with medium persistency. This is an unfiltered oil that is made with love and care.
Excellent on salads and vegetables and and as a topping on, or as an ingredient in, desserts.
