From 2000 trees in the sand and clay Tufo near Siena, Italy, our friends at Pacina have created a lovely EVOO blend from Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo olives. The oil is deep yellow with green nuances. It has intense and fresh perfume with a fresh vegetable, mild flavor with medium persistency. This oil is made with love and care.
