Infiore is a filtered, organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from Corotina olives – a typical olive variety of the area of Puglia in Italy. It is decisively green in color, with hues of gold and aromas of fresh olives, cut grass and wild herbs. When tasting, you’ll experience a fluid and harmonious structure, with notes of green leaves, artichoke and fresh green almond.
Best uses: salads, vegetables, soup, roasted and grilled meat, bruschetta, bread dipping, roasted chicken
