A balanced blend of Coratina and Ogliarola olive varietals.  The intensity of the Coratina olives is softened with the more delicate Ogliarola olives. This EVOO is excellent for all cooking uses.  It is high in polyphenols, which means that many polyphenols will remain even when used for frying.
