This award winning Leone d’Oro official selection EVOO comes from the farm Torre Bianca, which is located in the Florentine Chianti hills in Tuscany, Italy. It is a blend of their finest frantoio, moraiolo, leccino and pendolino olives.
The subtle blend shows characteristics of medium-intense fruit, mainly herbaceous and vegetal notes. On the palate it has intense notes of bitterness and medium-intense spiciness, with an aftertaste of almond, thistle and artichoke.
The blend is best paired with seasoned and semi-seasoned cheeses, grilled meat, boiled vegetables and pinzimonio (crudite)

This Blended EVOO is an official selection of the Leone d’Oro olive oil competition.
