We're proud to once again offer Curtimaggi's cooking oil from Puglia in 3L and 5L bag-in-box options.  This blend of Peranzana and Picholine olives is our strongest EVOO with notes of olive leaf, green almond, rosemary and chicory.  Olioveto offers its cooking oils at an excellent price, so you can feel free to use it for all of your cooking and preserving needs (roasted red peppers in olive oil, anyone?).
