This ceramic dispenser is perfect for use with our bag-in-box cooking and finishing EVOOs. Just pour the olive oil from the bag-in-box into the cruet.  It protects your premium EVOO from light and keeps it relatively cool (but don't keep it next to your stove!).  Our cruet is handmade and is as practical as it is attractive.
