Extraordinary single varietal Coratina extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, Italy. Quite fruity and spicy with distinctive green almond flavor and notes of black pepper, herbs, arugula, artichoke and sweet almond.  Medium-high bitterness and medium-high pungency.
